Applications from more than one researcher working on the same project

Where more than one researcher wishes to apply to HPC-Europa2 to work on the same project, each researcher must complete a separate application, each with their own supporting documents (eg CV, Project Proposal). For example, where three researchers wish to apply to HPC-Europa2 to work on the same project, three separate applications must be submitted.

Each researcher must of course submit a separate Project Proposal with their application, whether or not it is similar to the Project Proposal of the other applicants in the group. Each Project Proposal should state clearly that it forms part of a joint project, and MUST contain a section which clearly names the other applicants concerned and describes the aspect(s) of the project to be covered by each applicant.

Please note that the Scientific Users Selection Panel considers each application individually on its own merit. This may mean that in some cases a joint project may be approved but that not all of the individual applicants will be accepted.

We highly recommend not to submit more than 3 project proposals linked each other.

The HPC-Europa2 project is funded by the European Commission - DG Research in the Seventh Framework Programme under grant agreement n° 228398
